Satelliit on l\u00f5plikult testitud ning plaanitakse tehasest v\u00e4lja saata 11 m\u00e4rtsil. Tegelikult oli ta \u00fcleslaskmiseks valmis juba 2007 aasta detsembris aga siis ei olnud see v\u00f5imalik, kuna polnud \u00fchtegi vaba raketti. Lisaaega kasutati s\u00fcsteemi t\u00e4iendamiseks.<\/p>\n<p>Esimene Galileo satelliit GIOVE-A saadeti \u00fcles juba 2005 aasta l\u00f5pus.<\/p>\n<p>Novembris 2007 v\u00f5eti Galileo programmi kohta vastu mitmeid t\u00e4htsaid otsuseid:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"BTX\">Euroopa komisjon j\u00e4\u00e4b vastutavaks kogu programmi juhtimise eest. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"BTX\">Euroopa Kosmoseagentuur tegutseb edasi k\u00f5igi hangete alal. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"BTX\">T\u00e4ielik 30 satelliidist ja maapealsetest tugijaamadest koosnev s\u00fcsteem plaanitakse k\u00e4ivitada aastaks 2013. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"BTX\">Kogu Galileo programmiks kuluv raha tuleb Euroopa Liidu eelarvest. Perioodiks 2007 - 2013 on eraldatud 3.4 miljardit eurot. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00dcks huvitav fakt: Galileo satelliidi kella t\u00e4psus peaks olema 1 nanosekund 24 tunni kohta.
