Tahaks ju selle ettev\u00f5tte klient olla?<\/p>\n<p>Tegemist on Elisa avaliku lubadusega ettev\u00f5tte veebilehel http:\/\/www.elisa.ee\/et\/Eraklient\/Firmast\/Arifilosoofia.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Esimene vaatus: saaga saab alguse<\/h3>\n<p>04\/12\/2009 l\u00e4ksin Rocca al Mare keskuse Elisa esindusse sooviga saada mobiil-ID'd. Teenindaja ei suutnud v\u00e4lja tr\u00fckkida korrektselt t\u00e4idetud lepingut ja seet\u00f5ttu ma loobusin lepingu s\u00f5lmimisest.<\/p>\n<p>Ebakorrektsed andmed olid seotud teenuse maksja, aadressi ja registreerimisnumbriga - neid ladus infos\u00fcsteem lepinguvormi nagu jumal juhatab.<\/p>\n<p>Klienditeeninaja esitas mulle t\u00e4iesti ebaprofessionaalseid v\u00e4iteid, et minu viidatud andmed ei ole lepingu s\u00f5lmimise koha pealt \u00fcldsegi olulised ja hakkas r\u00e4\u00e4kima, kuidas tegelikult asjad k\u00e4ivad...<\/p>\n<p>Tegin ettepaneku need ebaolulised andmed sootuks lepingust k\u00f5rvaldada, aga sellest klienditeenindaja keeldus.<\/p>\n<p>Laup\u00e4eva 05\/12\/2009 \u00f5htul suleti mul kasutuses olnud SIM-kaart. Pidin n\u00e4gema hulk vaeva enese Elisa klienditeenindajale t\u00f5estamisega, et SIM-kaart tagasi t\u00f6\u00f6le pandaks.<\/p>\n<p>Selgus, et SIM-kaart suleti, sest mulle justkui olevat eelmisel p\u00e4eval uus mobiil-ID'ga SIM-kaart v\u00e4ljastatud. Seda aga ju ei tehtud ja seda Elisa saamatusest tulenevatel p\u00f5hjustel.<\/p>\n<h3>Teine vaatus: show must go on<\/h3>\n<p>Kolmap\u00e4eval 09\/12\/2009 helistas mulle Rocca al Mare Elisa teenindaja ja v\u00e4itis, et Kristiine Keskuse Elisa esindus on v\u00f5imeline v\u00e4lja tr\u00fckkima korrektselt t\u00e4idetud mobiil-ID lepingu.<\/p>\n<p>Reedel 11\/12\/2009 l\u00e4ksin Kristiine Keskuse Elisa esindusse, kus soovisin teistkordselt s\u00f5lmida mobiil-ID lepingut.<\/p>\n<p>Endiselt tr\u00fckiti sealgi v\u00e4lja ebakorrektsete andmetega leping - t\u00e4pelt samasugune, nagu eelnevalt Rocca Al Mareski. Loomulikult ei olnud ma n\u00f5us seda lepingut allkirjastama.<\/p>\n<p>Klienditeenindaja parandas pika pusimise peale lepingu vigased andmed, kuid selle tagaj\u00e4rjel muutusid vigasteks andmed, mis olid seotud minu aadressi ja kontakttelefoniga.<\/p>\n<p>Viimaseid ei suutnud klienditeenindaja vaatamata pikkadele ponnistustele korrektseks tagasi muuta.<\/p>\n<p>Seegi kord j\u00e4i leping s\u00f5lmimata.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4ksin Elisa esindusse teadmisega, et saan seal lepingu s\u00f5lmida ning lepingu s\u00f5lmimise v\u00f5imalikkus on eelnevalt \u00fcle kontrollitud. Tulemus oli aga taas asjatult klienditeeninduses istumisele kulutatud aeg.<\/p>\n<p>Klienditeenindaja lubas seepeale, et saadab lepingu mulle kulleriga. Selle ettepanekuga ma n\u00f5ustusin.<\/p>\n<p>Reede 11\/12\/2009 \u00f5htul l\u00fclitati taas mu SIM-kaart v\u00e4lja. Taas raiskasin enda aega ja raha, et t\u00f5estada Elisa telefoniteenindajale enda soovi SIM-kaart tagasi sisse l\u00fclitada.<\/p>\n<h3>Kolmas vaatus: kordamine on tarkuse ema<\/h3>\n<p>Esmasp\u00e4eva 14\/12\/2009 pealel\u00f5unasel ajal leidsin taas, et minu SIM-kaart on v\u00e4lja l\u00fclitatud.<\/p>\n<p>Klienditeenindaja, kelle poole telefonitsi p\u00f6\u00f6rdusin lubas mulle tagasi helistada. Tunni aja jooksul klienditeenindaja mulle tagasi ei helistanud. Minu SIM-kaart oli kogu see aeg v\u00e4lja l\u00fclitatud.<\/p>\n<p>Seej\u00e4rel helistasin ise Elisa klienditeenindajale, milleks kulutasin &gt;20 minutit enda aega ja raha, et SIM-kaart saaks taas sisse l\u00fclitatud.<\/p>\n<p>Viimane klienditeenindaja helistas ka mulle tagasi ning tundub, et ta andis lootust probleemi lahendamiseks. Nimelt lubas ta mobiil-ID lepingu mulle postitada, mina aga pidin selle Elisale tagasi postitama.<\/p>\n<p>Informeerisin 14\/12\/2009 ka Elisa klienditeenindust minule tekitaatud murest ja vaevast ja palusin nende ettepanekut selle kompenseerimise osas.<\/p>\n<h3>Neljas vaatus: tahtsime k\u00f5ige paremat, aga...<\/h3>\n<p>J\u00e4in siis pikisilmi lepingut ootama. Ma oma naiivsuses arvasin, et leping postitatakse mulle koju.<\/p>\n<p>Minu arusaamise j\u00e4rgi seisnes lepingu postitamise idee selles, et juba korduvalt ringijooksutatud t\u00e4iendavaid teenuseid tellida soovivat klienti ei peaks enam kurnama. Ning et mul oleks minimaalse vaevaga v\u00f5imalik leping siiski s\u00f5lmida.<\/p>\n<p>21\/12\/2009 sain teate, et mind ootab Eesti Posti Mustam\u00e4e kandekeskuses Elisalt 100 grammine pakk. Andke andeks, aga ma kahtlen, et nad mulle j\u00f5ulukingi saatsid...!<\/p>\n<p>Eeldasin, et tegemist on selle sama lepinguga, mis Elisa mulle postitama pidi. Informeerisin Elisat, et paradoksaalselt on nad lepingu s\u00f5lmimise lihtsustamise asemel mulle keerulisemaks teinud.<\/p>\n<p>Seda sel moelt, et Eesti Posti Mustam\u00e4e kandekeskusest lepingut k\u00e4ttesaades peaksin seda veel telefonitsi mingil moel aktiveerima hakkama. Kandekeskuse asemel aga Elisa teenindusse minnes saaks (eeldatavalt, kuigi minevik seda ei kinnita) asjad koheselt aetud.<\/p>\n<p>Seega teatasin Elisale, et ma ei kavatse enda aega t\u00e4iendavalt raiskama hakata ja lepingule kandekeskusesse j\u00e4rele minna. K\u00fcsisin ka Elisalt, kas neil on konstruktiivseid ettepanekud mobiil-ID lepingu s\u00f5lmimiseks.<\/p>\n<p>Samuti teatasin Elisale, et mul on neile konkreetne ettepanek minule tekitatud mure ja vaeva, telefoni v\u00f5rgust v\u00e4ljal\u00fclitamiste ning ajakulu kompenseerimiseks krediteerides 3000 krooni v\u00e4\u00e4rtuses minule kuuluvaid numbreid.<\/p>\n<h3>Viies vaatus: kes vana asja meelde tuletab...<\/h3>\n<p>Elisast ei haisugi. Vastusest ammugi mitte.<\/p>\n<p>28\/12\/2009 saatsin Elisale meili, kus k\u00fcsisin, et ega aastal\u00f5pusaginas minu pretensioonid neil kahe silma vahele ei ole j\u00e4\u00e4nud.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcsisin kinnitust, kas ikka on v\u00f5imalik meilile mingigi vastus saada.<\/p>\n<p>Aasta viimaste p\u00e4evade eel sain 29\/12\/2009 kuup\u00e4evaga paberkujul vastuse, kus mind t\u00e4nati avalduse kirjutamise eest ja teatati, et l\u00f5puks ometi on mobiil-ID leping minu aadressile postitatud.<\/p>\n<p>Mulle pakuti kompensatsiooniks kogu selle jama eest 600.-, mille alusel Elisa hinnastas minu aega t\u00f5en\u00e4oliselt m\u00e4rksa odavamaks, kui Elisa enda k\u00f5ige madalapalgalisem t\u00f6\u00f6taja. Ausalt\u00f6eldes pidasin seda solvavaks.<\/p>\n<p>Absurdihuumori valdkonda l\u00e4heb jaekliendihalduri kirjas jutt sellest, et ta soovib mind personaalsemalt ja kiiremini teenindada ja pakkus selle jaoks v\u00e4lja meiliaadressi. No telefoninumbrit oleks v\u00e4hemalt oodanud!<\/p>\n<p>Nimelise meiliaadressi saatmise p\u00f5hjenduseks oli ka see, et saaksin jaekliendihalduriga kontakteeruda, kui pakutava soodustuse arvel kajastamine ei peaks korrektne olema. Ju siis on kohe ette teada, et nad seda korrektselt \u00e4ra korraldada ei suuda.<\/p>\n<h3>Epiloog<\/h3>\n<p>Kirja saamise ja l\u00e4bilugemise j\u00e4rel loobusin Elisaga suhtlemisest - neil on enda IT-s\u00fcsteemi toimima panemisega piisavalt toimetamist. Ei taha neid selle juures v\u00e4ga h\u00e4irida.<\/p>\n<p>Viisin numbrid \u00fcle EMTsse. Paradoksaalselt ei saanud sealgi mobiil-ID'd kuidagi t\u00f6\u00f6le. Ja loomulikult selgus, et Elisa oli SK-s mingid asjad \u00e4ra k\u00e4kkinud, mis ei andnud mul v\u00f5imalust enda nimele Elisa mobiil-ID asemel EMTi oma registreerida. Aga korda nad selle siiski l\u00f5puks ajasid.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00f5udu igal juhul k\u00f5ikidele, kes meeltesegaduse ajel otsustavad asuda koost\u00f6\u00f6d tegema teenusepakkujaga:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> kirjutab lepingusse andmeid, mis ta enda s\u00f5nul ei ole sugugi olulised;<\/li>\n<li> kes hakkab r\u00e4\u00e4kima lepingu s\u00f5lmimise ajal, kuidas asjad tegelikult k\u00e4ivad;<\/li>\n<li> kes hinnastab kliendi aega pr\u00fckkarist sutsu kallimalt;<\/li>\n<li> kes ei suuda arveid v\u00e4lja saata ja seel\u00e4bi tekitab kliendile lisakohustusi;<\/li>\n<li> kes lubab, aga ei helista tagasi;<\/li>\n<li>kes kirjalikule pretensioonile unustab reageerida ja teeb seda alles meeldetuletuse j\u00e4rel;<\/li>\n<li>kelle iga klienditeenindaja p\u00f5rmustab k\u00f5ikide eelnevate ettev\u00f5te esindajate v\u00e4ited ja soovitused;<\/li>\n<li>kes meilidele vastab tiguposti teel;<\/li>\n<li>kes kliendi telefoni korduvalt v\u00e4lja l\u00fclitab;<\/li>\n<li> kes teeb kliendi nimel kolmandate osapooltega tehinguid, milleks teda pole volitatud.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>PS: Teema ehk oleks peaaegu unustatud, kuid viimased segadused Elisa arvetega, mida minagi veel ootan t\u00f5stsid teema taas aktuaalseks.
