Mike Fallon, aka The Accident Man, is back and this time he must best the top assassins in the world, to protect the ungrateful son of a mafia boss, save the life of his only friend and rekindle his relationship with his maniacal father figure.
The action-comedy, co-directed by George Kirby and Harry Kirby, is a tale in which the title character tries to lay low, unsuccessfully. After his previous exploits, Mike Fallon (Scott Adkins) must flee the country. Grabbing his passports, he catches the first flight anywhere and ends up in Malta. Unfortunately for him, he is noticed by a local crime boss, who hires him to keep her son safe from six crazed assassins that hunt him. Mike has more at stake than just a job; the crime boss holds his only friend captive until her son is safe.
