When an unknown disease wipes out most of the world’s population, a man with unique blood is isolated for study. Fearing for his wife’s safety, he breaks his quarantine – into a world overrun by monstrous Infected and a shadowy agency hunting them down.

Ravaged by a pandemic, society has collapsed. David Baldwin (Harry Aspinwall), an asymptomatic carrier of the disease, has been kept isolated and under study in a remote mountain wilderness for two years. His only contact is via video link with his wife Sam (Anita Abdinezhad), an epidemiologist studying his blood in search of a cure. But David starts to suspect something is wrong with the story he’s been told, and Sam may be in danger.
