Glen and Randa

Teenagers Glen and Randa are members of a tribe that lives in a rural area, several decades after nuclear war has devastated the planet. They know nothing of the outside world, except that Glen has read about and seen pictures of a great city in some old comic books. He and Randa set out to find this city.

Glen (Steve Curry) and Randa (Shelley Plimpton), a young couple, struggle to survive among the uneducated, underfed masses in the post-apocalyptic wasteland once called America. Armed with a stack of tattered comic books and stolen maps, the two set off with their one horse to find Metropolis. The rumored modern city – if it truly does exist – could offer answers to their questions about life before nuclear war destroyed all traces of civilization.
