The end of one journey only marks the beginning of another as Detective Loomis returns to uncover the truth behind the Legend of Pitchfork.
It’s not over… An ambulance travels the survivors of the Captain Morgan’s Hayride Massacre to the nearby hospital. However, the riders are not the only ones en route. Pitchfork, as he’s been labeled (and lived up to), is thought to be incapacitated from his wounds, a mistake the paramedics will not have the chance to make again. Detective Loomis and Lt. Wincer are tasked with escorting the ambulance to the hospital when an accident, caused by an awakened Pitchfork, leaves one of them on the brink of death and a seemingly invincible Pitchfork on the loose with one location in mind…the hospital.
