After a remote diamond mine collapses in the far northern regions of Canada, an ice driver leads an impossible rescue mission over a frozen ocean to save the lives of trapped miners despite thawing waters and a threat they never see coming.

When a remote diamond mine located in the freezing northern regions of Canada collapses, Mike (Liam Neeson), a big rig ice road driver, forms a team of courageous truckers to save its snow-trapped miners. The rescue operation, however, proves to be extremely difficult and dangerous as the group finds themselves contending with fast-thawing ocean waters, a massive snowstorm, and the unprecedented effects of corporate lies, greed, and neglect.
