Two years ago, a young woman named Valerie was burned after entering a tanning salon. Now, her twin sister, Rhonda, runs a local gym where, all of a sudden, people are being murdered.

Devoted to beauty and shaping perfect bodies, Rhonda Johnson (Marcia Karr), the co-owner of Rhonda’s Workout fitness club in Los Angeles, tries to find her feet after the horrible tanning-bed incident that almost ruined her reputation. However, as people start trusting uncompromising Rhonda’s health spa, a stealthy serial killer is on the loose and has targeted her unsuspecting clientele. And, before long, Rhonda’s members start dropping like flies. But who is behind the hideous murders? Can hard-boiled Detective Morgan (David Campbell) get to the bottom of the knotty case?
