Last House on the Street, The

When two beautiful college girls move across the street from Derek and Chad, sinister things begin to happen.

Two college-age stoners live off-campus and witness what they at first think is a fantastic event. Two good-looking women (Mary Kate McCormic, Ashley Rene) are moving into the house across the street. A house, I might add, that has never been rented before as far as the two know. The two buddies, Chad (Dylan Garcia) and Derek (Jeremy Behie), ogle the new additions to their street, but very quickly, things just seem to be getting weird. For starters, the two young women seem to like to party a little more than usual, and their guests? Let’s just say that the men who enter don’t feel like they’re the women’s type at all. It’s also worth mentioning that lately, men have been disappearing – not that Chad and Derek seem to notice.
