American hero Little Orphan Sammy battles the forces of the evil Hata Mari to stop a valuable formula from falling into enemy hands.
Jennifer Welles stars Hata Mari, a cold and calculating villain whose top stooge, big business politician Daddy Sawbucks (Neil Flanagan), seeks to grow his oil fortune while unknowingly helping Hata Mari in her diabolical plan to sell national secrets to the enemy.
