Message Man is set within the beauty of the Indonesian archipelagos. The story follows a reclusive ex-hitman, Ryan Teller (Paul O’Brien) who has a dark history and broken morale compass. Choosing to live a nomadic life on his boat, Ryan forms a reluctant friendship with a local boy Doni (Aji Santosa) and his family. When the young boy is almost killed, it sets in motion a violent retaliation that forces Ryan to reestablish his ties with and also confront his dark past.
