Moving On

Two old friends reconnect at a funeral and decide to get revenge on the widower who messed with them decades before.

Claire (Jane Fonda) and Evelyn (Lily Tomlin) used to be great friends but saw their relationship dwindle over the years. When they reconnect at a friend’s funeral, they unite over a mutual hatred for the widower. When Claire mentions that she is going to kill him, she captures Evelyn’s attention, and the duo begins to plot the unlikely murder. As they stumble through the process, the ex-friends start to reconnect with each other. Paul Weitz writes and directs the comedy co-starring Malcolm McDowell and Catherine Dent.
