Dr. Valerie Cros is a professor of literature and psychology at Berkeley, She and her lover David became the main suspects in the terrible murder of one of her students.

Valerie (Louise Linton) is a charismatic novelist who is married to a younger personal trainer heartthrob, David (Pierson Fode). When the couple leaves town to finish Valerie’s latest novel, they escape to a secluded cabin in Lake Tahoe. Thanks to Valerie’s publisher, Leonard (William Baldwin), things start to unravel. Exposing the true source of murders and the consequences of evil choices that lie below the surface.
