An abused woman gets a job as a fire lookout in the mountains of northern Idaho, hoping the peaceful solitude will heal her trauma. However, the PTSD and isolation have other plans, and it’s suddenly a fight to save herself and the town.

Kate (Beth Dover) experiences several struggles as a survivor of domestic abuse. Kate’s friend helps her get away from an abusive ex after a violent episode. She lands a job as a volunteer fire lookout at the Idaho Lands Department where she practically lives in an isolated watch tower in the middle of the woods. However, Kate starts to have visions as demons from her past resurface in this quiet area.
