An electric chair execution of a wrongfully accused man goes horribly wrong, unleashing an unholy being on the surrounding community who name him Reaper as he seeks revenge on the unjust.
A death row inmate survives his execution and returns as a supernatural force known as the “Reaper”, an unholy creature that descends upon an unsuspecting town.
