A group of military elite from the U.S., Russia, UK, China and France join forces to fight an elite underground terrorist network.

When the Black Mask Organization, an elite terrorist cell with sophisticated intelligence operations, threatens global liberties, the American president (Stephen Lang) forms an alliance with Great Britain, France, Russia, and China to create a task force of the world’s most elite soldiers to neutralize the threat. The newly assembled team, led by the stoic Daniel (Will Yun Lee), faces an unsettling situation as the Black Mask creates a bio-warfare weapon that could spell significant consequences for the human race.
