Lonely widow Joyce rents out a room in her house and becomes dangerously obsessed with one of her guests.

Joyce is a widow who leases out a room to make some money. Her latest tenant, Bob, catches her attention and swiftly becomes the object of her romantic fantasies. When she is betrayed by a friend, her obsession takes a deadly turn as she strives to make Bob hers once and for all.
