Scream in the Streets, A

Two policemen in an unmarked car hunt a peeping Tom, and a killer rapist posing as a woman.

Two detectives, one a strictly by-the-book operator and the other a maverick who has gotten into trouble before for not following the rules, are assigned to track down a particularly vicious rapist-murderer who is terrorizing the Los Angeles area. What makes their job even tougher is that the rapist is able to successfully pose as a woman.
