Two college-age stoners live off-campus and witness what they at first think is a fantastic event. Two good-looking women (Mary Kate McCormic<\/a>, Ashley Rene<\/a>) are moving into the house across the street. A house, I might add, that has never been rented before as far as the two know. The two buddies, Chad (Dylan Garcia<\/a>) and Derek (Jeremy Behie<\/a>), ogle the new additions to their street, but very quickly, things just seem to be getting weird.
