Adapted from a true story, dockworker Joey Coyle (John Cusack<\/a>) finds over $1 million, which fell from an armored car. Instead of returning the money, he embarks on a spending spree unchecked by the wishes of his friend (Michael Rapaport<\/a>) and hires a crime ring to launder the money. The detective assigned to the case (Michael Madsen<\/a>) follows his increasingly distinct tracks.<\/p>\r\n When unemployed dockworker Joey Coyle finds $1.2 million that fell off of an armored car, he decides to do the logical thing: take the money and run. After all, he says, finders keepers. He turns to his ex-girlfriend Monica, who works in an investment firm, for advice, before turning to the mob for help laundering the money.
