A man who was abused by his mother as a child goes on a killing spree. He abducts numerous woman, tortures, beats and eventually kills them.

Ted (Edward Mok Ga Yiu) is a rapist and a serial killer. But don’t hold that against him. He had a rough childhood. His mother (or his “small mom” as the subtitles refer to her as) enjoyed putting cigarettes out on him and stuffing her dirty panties in his mouth. Is it really any surprise that, as an adult, he suffocates children in glad wrap? Can we really hold it against him that pisses in soon-to-be-dead-people’s faces and forces his sex slave to hack up his innocent victims into (a very specifically requested) twenty pieces? Well, yes we can. And so does Charles (Anthony Wong), a local reporter who wants to see Ted behind bars. Or dead.
